Cancellation Policy

As we focus on the client satisfaction and act as a helping hand therefore, we have conducted this Cancellation Policy which says:

The order request will be cancelled within 72hours of placing the order and if you have already initiated the communication with the vendor then the cancellation request will not be accepted.

Same day delivery will not be cancelled in any circumstances.

If the delivery of the product is not up to your expectations or as mentioned on the website then it is your responsibility to report it within 24hours of receiving the order.

Morning Hospitality guarantees the delivery of product booked through Morning Hospitality. No claim will be banqueted against the product if the product is booked by traveler itself or outside Morning Hospitality.

Any inconvenience caused in local attractions due to weather conditions, natural calamities or other unanticipated reasons is not the responsibility of Morning Hospitality but will still try its best to indemnify the traveler’s amount in case the refund is possible.

However, we as an agent are not liable to do so and are not compelled for the same.
